New Music - Release dates for May and June

Since I have been buying some music lately I figured that it was time that I made a list of new albums that I needed to get or check out in the upcoming weeks and months. Although I have already bought new albums by Spoon, Johnny Cash, Drive By Truckers, and Patty Griffin there have been quite a few albums that I have missed already.  Most are by favorite artists or ones that that I follow. This could be a very good year for music if the first few months are indicative of the entire year!

To further that sentiment the month of May starts out with a bang and holds up pretty well through June so far. This week some of the albums I have been anticpating all year are coming out (e.g. Hold Steady and New Pornographers) and the trend keeps going each week into the middle of June.
