Last Saturday, the brewmasters at Birch Lane Brewing Co. (my brother-in-law, his brother, and myself) have brewed up yet another batch of the fine beer. My brother-in-law picked up the kit for the American bock made by True Brew at William James Trading Co. This batch should be ready in time for the July 4th holiday weekend. The plan is to keg this batch instead of bottling so it will be ready in time for some festivities yet to be planned.
My plan is to make a another batch soon from a book I bought recently and bottle that batch. More information to come...
